I loved the product! Their 40oz tumbler is amazing. Customer service and ship time is not the best. I understand their ship time is 5-10 days but my cup shipped after 13 days I received an email back 6 days after I sent one. It seems they are swamped and I understand, just wanted others to know this before ordering as I didn’t.
