They have a great product but they are lacking in service. Shipping takes forever. I wait 4 weeks for my last order. I would be fine with this if they would tell you that shipping takes that long before you place the order. My last order was also incomplete. I did get a reply that the part of my order that was missing would be shipped. It’s been 2 weeks and I don’t have the rest of my order.
