I ordered 3 cups on January 9th, I sent an email to cancel my order on January 18, my shipment was sent out on January 23 despite me asking to cancel (no one has responded to me), and my shipment says delivered on January 27. I have not received the actual shipment. It is nowhere to be found despite it saying delivered. I have sent this to customer service, and hopefully this time they will respond and refund my money at this point.
