I love my cups so much, the colors and quality is amazing. I have 4 so far but will not be getting more due to the awful customer service. I have been trying to get an issue resolved since 1/16/24, it is now 1/30/24. I just wanted to purchase a new lid as mine arrived damaged to my favorite color cup. I was told I could get a mismatched lid, but I dont want something that does not match. Then I was told I could get a different cup but have not heard back for a few days. The cups are great, but if you have an issue youre screwed.
