This entire process has been beyond frustrating. I ordered a hydro jug for my daughters birthday on January 9. I still have not received my order. I have went to cancel my order, and you do not have the option to do so on your account. I reached out to customer service and they responded with “please allow 5-10 business days to ship because of our birthday sale”. My daughters birthday has passed and it’s now Jan 30th, an I still don’t have her hydrojug. Honestly, It would be hard for me to order from here again.
