I have ordered my hydro jug on January 8. It’s now January 31, and there is not update of when I will get it or where it is. No estimated delivery date.
It’s extremely frustrating to be excited about a product and be told it’s shipped (when you pay for shipping) and unable to track. Will consider other companies before ordering another time from Hydrojug.
