This company sucks!! So I ordered the 40 oz traveler and a mystery item almost 3 weeks ago and I still haven’t gotten it yet. I waited the 10 days for it to be shipped and I got no updates. I then had to reach out to the company if they knew what was going on. It took them days to respond and it wasn’t helpful at all. I’ve been waiting forever for my items and I’m really frustrated with it. I get it that big sale items take awhile, but I NEVER had to wait this long for an item to come through.
