I am happy with the overall functionality of the bottle, a little disappointed that it came with slight imperfections out of the box though. The handle already had a scratch on it, not obnoxious enough to go through the hassle of returning it but would have been nice to catch that before it arrived.
Update: customer service reached out and helped resolve the issue. Very happy with the outcome!
