I bought two of these 40oz jugs and I want to give a 5 star review BUT shipping and communication is horrible AND the cream colored jug…something isn’t right about it because it screws on so tightly it is IMPOSSIBLE to reopen and is causing pain in my wrist making it unusable. I wish someone would get back to me to rectify the situation and replace the one o have.
