I recently bought a traveler tumbler. About 2 weeks after my cup took a fall off the counter and my straw mouthpiece broke in half, making the cup unusable. I sent a picture to hydrojug and they were really good about setting me up with a new lid. Only complaint is them making a very durable cup with a mouth piece that is so easily broken. A friend of mine had a similar experience of their mouth piece breaking, making her cup unusable as well.
