I've been trying to get a refund for weeks now. There is no communication whats-so- ever. Your customer service shows that you do not care about your customers. Your contact number is only there to FOOL us, I've been trying to call for days...even now I've been holding for 10minutes no answer, just listening to music. I am so disappointed with the service its not even funny.
Can I get my refund (back into my bank account please) I do not wish to be doing business with you in future.
Would not recommend anyone to use hyperli, worst service ever!!!
