I’ve tried more than 3 times to request a refund I believe it goes through and gives me the a pop up that says : Refund request submitted. Please check your email.
But unfortunately I haven’t received any emails to confirm my refund and when I check the order it doesn’t show that I requested a refund.
One of your staff member(khanya) emailed me and I gave her all the information but she has since been quiet I’ve emailed her more than twice but she hasn’t replied it’s now been a week and I’ve also just received communication of my order being in transit.
I just want my refund.
Can you please assist
