Hi, the product was beautiful but unfortunately was not what I expected it to be. I then had to return the product for a refund.
The refund request was logged on the 19th of October 2023 and the product was collected on the same day. However it is now the 9th of November 2023 and I have not received any positive feedback regarding the refund or progress.
