Highly disappointed and would not recommend Hyperli!
My boyfriend bought a voucher for my birthday at Shakira spa & lodge through Hyperli, for NOVEMBER (valid for 6 months and expiring soon) After numerous attempts to make a booking the lodge failed to answer multiple times and when they did, the lodge was either fully booked, closed down or bussy with renovations. Bringing this situation forth to Hyperli multiple emails were ignored and told that they can't do anything and faild to supply us with an alternative or refund us, even though the situation is out of our hands.
