You can get hooked on using a Hypervibe because it makes you feel so good. The G17 comes loaded with several exercise plans if you want to experiment or you can stand on the machine allowing it to do all the work. Customer Service from Hypervibe is first class. In fact they call you to make sure the mmachine is working for you. They have a trainer available to coach you if you. I hooked mine to the WIFI and it has updated itself as new things become available. Based on my pain relief, the G17 is well worth what it cost. The G17 is built to last in commercial use.
