I love my Hypervibe machine! I have loved the programs I have used thus far. Delivery was very speedy. I have been highly impressed with Customer Service. They checked in with me via text after I received my machine to make sure it arrived in good shape. Two of my boxes were in rough shape. The packing material in one of the boxes was also damaged, but there was no damage to the machine. I was assured that had there been damage Customer Service would contact the delivery company and the machine would have been replaced with no issues or problems for me. I have appreciated the follow-up and care from Customer Service. I've loved my machine and I look forward to many years of great health as a result of using my Hypervibe.
