I absolutely love my mini!! I have had a lot of medical challenges. I have arthritis in my hip. When I'm in pain I sit down and in 10 minutes the pain is gone. I can feel the blood flow through my feet and have more energy than I have ever had spending only 20 minutes per day. I have metal in my body so I am using it less and at lower levels than I normally would. I have lost four pounds in two weeks. I can't recommend it enough. Soreness is eliminated whether its from sports or working in the garden. Its amazing.
