My Hypervibe arrived quickly with no damage. It is heavy but my husband and I were able to carry to the closet where we set it up. I am enjoying getting to know this machine, but still have alot to learn. One of the gym where I teach seniors has the professional model, using that one convinced me to buy one myself. So far, so good, and look forward to continuing to learn all the ways this machine can aid my fitness routine.
