The mattress is very good, exactly what I was after, but the customer service, delivery time, and communication were all abysmal. It took months for me to receive the mattress, and I was given false information every time I chased for an update - and it was chasing, because none of my emails were ever answered, and if I left a voicemail on the phone I never got a call back. It was only if I caught the one person in the office that I ever actually communicated with anyone, and even then I was lied to repeatedly about the readiness of my order. When I threatened to get a refund via Paypal the mattress finally shipped, but when it arrived it was just a block of foam with nothing to indicate this was a Hypnia mattress. Again, after several chase calls, I was promised a cover would be shipped, which after more chasing finally arrived. I am happy with the product, but you can get the same quality elsewhere, and I'd rather have paid more to another company than gone through all the stress and hassle I did with this one.
