There’s actually real human beings at Hypnia! We emailed a question and got a speedy reply! We picked up that old thing called a telephone and called their freephone number (nice touch) and to our amazement a real person answered the phone and helped us run through what we needed and placed our order. I know we are in the minority but some people need other people to make them feel comfortable before ordering what is for us a really big purchase.
