Firstly, I would like to say how pleased we are with our new mattress, it is amazing comfortable and lives upto all the reviews,
However getting the mattress was a journey in itself 🤔
We ordered an unusual size being a French Kingsize (shorter than a standard Kingsize), Steven from Hypnos even phoned up to check that we hadn’t made a mistake👍
However even after checking they still managed to send a standard Kingsize 😖
Upon notifying Steven at Hypnia they rapidly sent out the correct one👍 And arranged to collect the wrong one,
The new mattress arrived a week latter👍 And the wrong one collected
Oh no… upon opening the new mattress we found it was damaged - it had not been glued properly 😡
On the phone again to Steven🤔
Very apologetic, he promised to find us another👍
A few days later, a knock on the door, was it our new mattress? No. It was the original Kingsize coming back again😡😡 this wasn’t accepted and it was sent packing
Finally a week later the correct and in damaged Mattress arrives with a couple of free memory foam pillows 😁👍👍
So it all ended up well - thank you Steven in sorting what was a catalog of errors and mistakes
