Only had the mattress for 3 years of the 15 year guarantee and parts of the mattress are unsleepable on. It does not support you and you have to use pillows to try and get a good night's sleep. Do not buy this unless you want to buy a new one after a few years.
Company is refusing to honour the guarantee, despite sending them photos showing the sag in the mattress is greater than the 10% they request for the guarantee, so would not recommend any company or product where they refuse to correct their own mistakes.
Starting legal action against the company.
