We bought an expensive mattress 7 yrs ago and the mattress now has dips and just won't bounce back close to original form resulting in back issues and poor sleep for my husband and I .Been chasing Hypnia for a month now for resolution as the mattress has a 10 yr warranty .Sent pics and videos as clear evidence.Will never buy from this company again!
