We ahd an issue with a Hypnia matteress we had purchased a few years ago and contacted them about this. Their response was exceptional and our thanks go to Steven who dealt promptly with the problem and gave us clear and understandable instuction throughout the process of resolving our issue. Our matteress was replaced which only took just over 1 week from first contact with them to recieving our new matteress. A first class company with exceptional customer care whom we will recommend to anyone who is looking to purchase a new matteress.
