The delivery took over a month and the company ignored my emails. Only when I got trading standards involved would they reply to me. Then they sent the mattress. I asked for a refund and this was refused.
The mattress is for my daughter, not for me, she has said it isn’t the best (not the worst either) but I wouldn’t recommend or buy another. My advice would be buy a tempur as you get what you pay for!!
