1 to pick up the phone and speak to someone who really cares.
2 the 1st bed was to hard for me so I was offered a softer one. Which I have slept on and it's amazing.
3 the patience of this man, in these times has been amazing.
I have tried 4 reputable companies before Hypnia, I have been trying to buy the right mattress for me since February. No one else has the customer service that Hypnia have. I will recommend them to anyone.
