Ordered some wallpaper on Monday and paid for next day delivery. Nothing arrived yesterday. Our decorator is here ready to start and we have no wallpaper to give them. Tried calling I Love Wallpaper at 9.49am, it said 'all lines closed we open at 9am'. No option either to use their 'chat' facility on website as the link doesn't work. We will not be using them again, complete disaster.
