I rarely write reviews, but my experience with I Love Wallpaper was so frustrating, I feel obligated to warn others. After experiencing a family bereavement, I contacted the company to return wallpaper just two weeks outside their arbitrary 30-day return window. Despite the fact that the product was unused, still in stock, and could easily have been resold, they flat-out refused even a store credit.
What’s worse is the cold, robotic response I received—zero empathy, zero flexibility, and an unwavering loyalty to policy over people. No effort was made to understand or help, despite the circumstances. I was met with indifference and a condescending tone about “professionalism” and “consistency.”
They may “love wallpaper,” but they clearly don’t love—or respect—their customers.
I’ll never shop here again, and I’ll be warning everyone I know to avoid this company. There are plenty of other retailers out there who offer quality and compassion. Save yourself the headache—shop elsewhere.
