Good experience buying on line, however not particularly good manner on collection, in view of having spent nearly £100. It might not be much for the shop, but it was a lot to me. Mind you, I'm very critical as I'm in customer service, lack of chat, that's the difference between feeling part of the whole thing and wanting to go back and not going back.
