My ring unfortunately arrived a day late on the Next day delivery, but after a quick phone call got to speak to a very helpful and friendly lady who refunded the postage and smoothed things over.
Also the postage was late due to Royal Mail rather than Iapetus.
The ring arrived beautifully packaged, and was as stunning in real life as the pictures depicted. It was a hit with my girlfriend and she was very happy with it.
