The website is clear and extensive, although having been into the shop just before Christmas was helpful, I hadn't actually wanted to buy on impulse. So having mulled my decision over, purchased a large print and some lovely glass coasters through the website and then collected from the local shop. I even got a very cheerful polite phone all to double check the to frame or not to frame option had been selected as intended. All highly satisfactory, quick and efficient and a relief to finally find something for my husband!
