Purchased a necklace from the 'Nature- Waterlily and Frog' collection of Sonya Bennett's. The necklace is absolutely beautiful, I am very happy with the item and the customer service of Iapetus. They offered a free postage service as I had spent over the required amount. Even though I did not ask for gift-wrapping, the necklace came in a lovely coloured box, wrapped in matching coloured tissue paper. It was well packaged to prevent any damage in the post. Received my necklace within two days of payment. Very fast delivery. With the necklace came a 12 month guarantee if the necklace was to break from 'bad workmanship'. A lovely bonus as I was worried about the necklace breaking due to the delicate nature of the design.
