I have purchased from the iapetus shop and online and have experienced great customer service on both occasions. The staff in the shop were super friendly and very helpful - they were more than happy for you to take your time and wanted to make sure that you found what you were looking for - even if you weren't exactly sure what that was. Ordering online was so easy - I was kept up to date with the whereabouts of my order, and received the most wonderfully packaged gift. The earrings I spotted whilst visiting the shop with my mum will be a perfect mothers day present for her. They are beautifully presented, and even come with a personalised note. Although my purchase was not for me, I feel like I have received a little gift myself, sent to me by friends - a lovely shopping experience for quality pieces
