What an amazing company. Before she passed away, my best friend gave me a small silver token which I carried with me all the time. When I found out that I had lost it, I was utterly heartbroken. I hunted high and low for the original and then when I resolved myself to having to get a replacement, I did the same trying to find a replica. I found the replica on this website although unfortunately it was out of stock. By chance, I contacted them to see if they knew when it would be back in stock as I was desperate to get the much wanted replacement. The staff were so lovely in both hearing my story and also contacting the artist directly to see if there was one available. After going out of their way, they kept in touch regularly and sent the item to me recorded delivery. I cannot thank the team enough or praise how utterly amazing they are
