Lovely helpful staff , lovely little personal touches such as the lovely notes that accompany your lovingly wrapped and gorgeous gifts .. just a wonderful place to shop in , and A pleasure to order from ! I can't rate the service from the staff , or the delightful gifts highly enough - you ALWAYS have a smile on your face after receiving your items or talking to the staff - they are so helpful and Nothing is too much trouble !! I more than highly recommend this shop ... and I do too !! Thank you to the lovely girl in the Malvern branch who helped me so much over the phone with my recent order , and to Ryan from the Worcester branch who completed my order and for his lovely note and for the thoughtful way in which he individually wrapped my gifts in tissue paper and put them in separate bags to make things much easier for me !
