I placed a very small order and, despite that, when one of my items was unavailable, I received a very prompt phone call advising me and asking me if I would like to choose an alternative or have a refund. When my order arrived I found that Iapetus had thoughtfully sent me a compensatory item foc. Fantastic level of service. This is a lovely website obviously run by lovely people. I can't recommend them highly enough.
