Delivery (2nd class, tracked) was prompt, despite the bank holiday weekend. The the package was beautifully wrapped and both the gift box and the item itself were well protected. The item is exactly as pictured on the website and I am very happy with the quality and appearance. I am satisfied that it represents value for money.
