I ordered 2 pieces of jewellery, which I subsequently returned, purely because they weren't exactly what I wanted. My money was refunded to my card within days and I received an email informing me of this. Iapetus provides excellent service. Orders are sent out promptly and goods are beautifully packaged. I have ordered from them before and will certainly do so again.
