The bespoke clock we ordered despite being packaged extremely well arrived damaged. We immediately contacted Iapetus who were very polite and professional and arranged collection of the damaged clock and a replacement to be sent. My only suggestion would be to add fragile tape on the packaging and maybe a ' This way up' sign on it. However I can't wait for my new clock to arrive as it's beautiful and quirky.
