I placed two orders at different times. The first order, a throw, came within the time line Iapetus gave me, the throw was packed in tissue paper and then into a sturdy outer box with a lovely hand written note, nice touch! The second item, ladies shoulder wrap, was delivered the day after it was ordered, again came wrapped in tissue paper with a note, inside a sturdy box. So great customer service, with a nice personal touch. Well done.
