Such a beautiful product (Jo Downs Glass Fish) - fast delivery & extremely well packaged .... I can honestly say that Iapetus' customer service is second to none! :) I don't normally leave feedback but felt compelled to do so, as I have never come across such a friendly, polite and considerate salesperson before. Ryan went over & above what was expected of him. As an online customer I was unable to go into the store but on each & every occasion I called for assistance he was extremely patient and nothing was too much trouble for him. He very kindly took photographs of the individual fish (& there were many), together with all their dimensions in order that I could choose carefully which ones I would like. He is truly one of a kind & whilst I am sure his employers are well aware that he is a real asset to their company, I wanted to share online. I will definitely be using Iapetus again & will most certainly be recommending it to my friends & family. Thank you so much for all your help Ryan :)
