Loved this website. It has lots of interesting items and is very easy to navigate. In terms of customer service, I was kept informed throughout about the progress of my order. All e-mails were very friendly and personal which is a touch I really liked. My purchase (being quite fragile, expensive and something I'd saved up for for so long to get) was so amazingly well packaged and protected that it was going to stand up to any rough treatment during transit.
