The staff are always friendly, helpful and knowledgeable about the things they sell but are never pushy and you feel that its ok to have a good long browse. There is always a good range of items to look at - some old favourites as well as new ranges whenever i go in. Whether Im shopping in Malvern or Worcester it is always my first port of call for birthday, wedding etc gifts.
