.I normally visit the shop when in the area, but this time I was trying out the online, so I
went on line found some things I wanted to buy. Phoned them up to confirm the click and collect process so my friend could pick up the goods for me. My friend collected the goods for me. The whole experience was great for me. Thanks to everyone who made my online shopping experience as great as the face to face one.
