Although I live very close to the Worcester branch I placed an order online. One item was out of stock and I was immediately phoned and asked if I wanted a refund or an alternative. The items came within 2 days and were delightfully wrapped, some with care labels on Very impressed with this attention to detail.
I visit the shop when I can and knew that I was getting quality artisan products from them, exactly what I was looking for for a special birthday gift.
