I was made aware of Iapetus by my neighbour. I have bought from them twice. They make it simple and easy and although the contact is purely on line, their genuine " aim to please and get it right" attitude is very present. Unfortunately my first purchase arrived broken.....but it was no issue at all. The product was returned at Iapetus's expense, without hesitation and the replacement was en route to me forthwith. I had no hesitation in doing business with them again.
