Excellent service. I bought a necklace for my girlfriend's birthday. On ordering the item, I had included a note but not selected the gift wrap option. It was my mistake but Sophie rang through straight away to confirm what it was I wanted. The item arrived at my office in London within two days, beautifully wrapped with a note to thank me for the order and an additional card. Will definitely shop here for presents again.
