The website was very easy to use and the service and speedy delivery of my goods was excellent. I particularly liked the personal hand written note and the chocolates were a nice touch.
The only suggestion I would make, the brown paper packaging on my parcel was torn and the bubble wrap exposed so it might be a good idea to double wrap with a stronger brown paper. My goods were well wrapped in bubble wrap so there was no damage.
