Fantastic. The website experience is as enjoyable as my first shop experience with Iapetus (in Malven). Carefully chosen and photographed the artist's works look really inviting. My last purchase a selection of cards to cover events occurring over the next three months. Prior to that gifts sent to two friends beautifully wrapped and sent direct by Iapetus. Prompt responses on message queries to ensure I did the right things and to add something I'd forgotten to put in my order (plus two phone calls which I missed to offer help) . You can feel the care and love that goes into service.
