I was very impressed with Iapetus and will definitely purchase from them again. The service and packaging had the same feel as the craft galleries that I love to visit around the UK. Re the former, there was a friendly feel to the personal note and the speed with which the item arrived! The packaging had been done with care and a little bit of luxury. I will be visiting the gallery in Great Malvern in January when I'm there on holiday. All in all, it was a very satisfying internet shopping experience!!
